Nightly's staff management features and performance scoring are operational tools only. Free Trial & Subscription

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSI Coaching LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. RSI Coaching LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business, or data. Canadian users retain all rights that cannot be waived under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
Indemnification

Governing Law
